To ensure pricing clarity, I price for services by m2.

For whole garden consultations and concept designs, this is based on the total garden area you would like evaluated/designed.

For planting designs and specialist maintenance plans, I will measure the area using a measuring wheel, and you will pay only for the extent of the living spaces.

All work is bound by our Standard Terms of Business and follows clear, protected milestones:

Initial Site Booking Deposit: 

A non-refundable fee of £120 is due prior to the site visit. For a standalone Walk-and-Talk, this constitutes your full fee.

50/50 Design & Consulatation Services: 

Standalone Planting Plans, Specialist Maintenance Guidelines, and standard Consultations operate on a simple two-part framework. Your £120 fee rolls into a 50% start deposit, with the final 50% balance due following our online reveal presentation, prior to digital file handover.

Tiered 50/25/25 Concept Packages: 

Full garden design concept commissions are broken down into logical checkpoints to protect your time and vision:

Milestone 1 (50% Deposit): Initiates Stage 1 (The Design Consultation & Brief) to lock in your project goals, and Stage 2 (Concept Layout Options) to create loose sketches and mood boards for our collaborative review session.

Milestone 2 (25% Progress Payment): Unlocks Stage 3 (Master Plan Outline) to refine your chosen layout into a precise, black-and-white scale drawing for sign-off.

Milestone 3 (Final 25% Balance): Unlocks Stage 4 (The Presentation) to create your final portfolio of hand-rendered layouts and artistic sketches. All final design files are handed over upon cleared payment.

Garden Consultations & Maintenance Plans: Your comprehensive written report, conceptual sketches, and signature plant lists are curated at my design desk. Your digital portfolio will be delivered to your inbox within 2–3 weeks following our initial site visit.

Concept & Planting Designs: Due to the highly detailed nature of to-scale hand drawings, please allow 2–3 weeks for the creation of initial layouts prior to our interim presentation. Following our review, please allow a further week for the scale plan sign-off, and one final week for your completed luxury portfolio to be delivered.
